Community

Live programs that keep the brand close to the families it serves.

Kinspire app sessions: workshop library, group office hours and a live webinar

The story

In community with my community.

I don’t trust leaders who aren’t in community with their community. The strongest brands stay close to their customers: understanding what they need, hearing what isn’t working and staying in regular conversation with the people they serve. That kind of connection is my specialty. I want customers to know me by name because they’ve seen me, heard me and felt my presence in the brand.

At Kinspire, I turned that philosophy into a live community program, curating and hosting 200+ interactive webinars where parents gather around a shared need, challenge or diagnosis and connect directly with developmental experts. I built the experience end to end, from a branded Zoom design system to a custom registration flow that tells our clinicians exactly what families need before they walk in the room.

Thousands of registrations later, the number I care about most is the thousands of parents we’ve been able to serve.

Community isn’t something I build around the brand. It’s how I keep the brand close to the people it exists to serve.

Close to CX

I stay where the customers are.

Community starts with the everyday moments. I stay close to customer experience so I hear what’s working, and what isn’t, first.

Memberships

Managing plans and upgrades so every family is in the right place.

Cancellations

Listening closely when someone wants to leave, and learning from why.

Win-backs

Reaching out to families who raise their hand with a problem, and making it right.

Surprise & delight

Finding moments to show up for families who least expect it.

Data-led decisions

Regularly surveying customers and gathering qualitative and quantitative data at every stage, so decisions start with what families tell us.

Anatomy of a live session

Before, during and after the room.

Every session is built so families arrive heard, leave with answers and keep learning after they log off.

The podcast

Built For Your Family™

Built For Your Family podcast cover art, with hosts Lily Baiser, MS, OTR/L, and Jill Gitten Aloia, PhD, ABPP-CN

I’ve listened to thousands of hours of podcasts, usually on my 10K steps a day. But I had never made one. As a marketing team of one, I went from zero to pro to launch Kinspire’s podcast.

I started with our community. Before we planned a single episode, I surveyed our parents about where they needed support. That 4-minute survey became the plan for all of Season 1, hosted by our clinical leaders, Lily Baiser, MS, OTR/L, and Jill Gitten Aloia, PhD, ABPP-CN.

Our first recording taught us the most. Saying one of our clinical frameworks out loud made us stop and sharpen its language, which made the whole show better. Now we record two episodes at a time, launch, get feedback and record again.

Going from zero to pro isn’t about knowing everything on day one. It’s about being willing to learn in public, one episode at a time.
