A little about me

My report cards always said I talk too much. Turns out, that’s the job.

Storytelling is how parents decide who to trust. I pair it with full-funnel discipline, so the story shows up everywhere families are.

Selected work

Three brands. Three big moments.

Each one started with a real problem for families, and a story worth telling.

Kinspire

Chief Marketing Officer

From 1:1 therapy to support at 2 a.m.

The moment

Kinspire started as a telehealth occupational therapy practice. Families needed help between sessions, when the hard moments actually happen.

What I did

Built the brand from launch, then led its reinvention into an AI-powered support system for parents raising outside-the-box kids: naming, positioning, the AI’s voice and personality, and the 2026 nationwide relaunch.

What happened

  • 93Net Promoter Score
  • 92%would recommend, vs. 38% industry standard
  • 50states, from one practice

How I work

Storytelling, with the engine behind it.

  1. Get close to the customer

Surveys, webinars, one-on-one calls. I want to hear what parents actually say, in their words.

  2. Go deep on the product

Sit inside the roadmap with the CEO and product team, so the story matches what families experience.

  3. Shape the story

Name it, position it and give it a voice that feels like a trusted friend. Educate by painting a picture of the better world our solution makes possible.

  4. Bring it to life everywhere

Email, SMS, in-app, paid, social, PR and partnerships, working together and measured end to end, with AI in the workflow every day.

In their words

A CEO/COO who happens to be exceptional at marketing.

“There are some people where the best thing you can do is get out of their way and let them do their thing. Jennifer is one of those… She intuitively understands what families need and then has a knack for figuring out how to reach them in a way that resonates. Jennifer is one of those rare people who can see the whole business, not just her piece of it.”

Brent Daily Managed Jennifer directly at Kinspire · GTM & VP Marketing

Every organization or brand needs a Jennifer.

“Jennifer has a rare talent of not just discovering, but nurturing, investing in, and fostering great talent… With her, everyone has a voice and a seat at the table… She motivates others to understand the ‘why’ in order to accomplish the ‘what’ and the ‘how’. She is THE example of what a great leader is and should be.”

Dana Browne Worked alongside Jennifer at Kidville for 12 years · now Vice President of Provider Experience

A standout leader who puts her team first.

“Jennifer’s super power is her propensity for noticing and honoring one’s unique combination of strengths and challenges… She always encouraged me to stand tall in what I do well and to lead with curiosity in that which felt far outside of my comfort zone.”

Tiffany A. Smith Reported to Jennifer directly at Kidville · now UX/UI Designer at Neptune Retail Solutions

Simply put, you need Jennifer on your team.

“She sets a company culture that breeds creativity, innovation, and collaboration in a client facing environment. Jennifer will get ‘it’ done, no matter the task, no matter the deadline, while still managing to bring her colleagues birthday donuts and lots of laughs along the way.”

Nila Sawyer Reported to Jennifer directly at Kidville · Events and Special Programming Manager

An incredible role model, especially for young women.

“Her impact is consistently felt throughout the company as she takes on a dynamic range of roles while simultaneously guiding and leading her team to success. Her work is detailed, impactful, and inspiring and I’m consistently in awe of what she can do.”

Rachel Windreich Reported to Jennifer directly · now at Harvard Graduate School of Education

About me

I’ve spent my career building things that make life better—and a little easier—for kids and the grown-ups raising them.

Jennifer smiling in a black hat and fringed leather jacket, holding a bunch of sunflowers against a white brick wall

I’m a mission-driven marketer, storyteller, community builder, operator, and systems thinker who loves turning big ideas and messy human problems into brands, experiences, and systems that actually help people.

My career has taken me across education, family experiences, media, startups, and health tech—and across marketing, customer experience, community, growth, content, and operations. The titles and industries have changed, but the through-line hasn’t: get close to the people you’re serving, listen deeply, and build what they actually need.

I do my best work alongside people who care deeply about the mission—and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make it real.
